We are a 15 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast, situated in the Gay Quarter/Village. We have 13 Ensuite rooms, plus 2 Shared Shower and Toilet rooms. We have a Licensed Bar, which is open 14.00 - 16.00 pm, then 19.00 - 22.00 pm, we reserve the right to close the bar early if no guests are using it. FREE WIFI is available in all rooms. There are Tea and Coffee making Facilities in all rooms. All rooms have Smart Flat Screen TV's in them. Late Keys are provided. We are open 7 days a week all year round.

Our cancellation Policy is 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled after the 14 days, then the full cost of the stay will be charged.
We expect all of our guests to abide by our house rules. No Parties in the rooms, plus Quiet Hours are from 21.00 pm - 08.00 am, anyone not abiding by these rules will be made to leave the hotel, with no refund given. We do not allow, Young Farmers, All male or female groups, plus no Pier Jam Music Guests. We also do not allow any Drugs in the building, anyone found to have drugs on them, or using them in the hotel, the Police will be called, and the guests removed from the hotel, no refund will be given..
